Ordering Steelys Drinkware is easy. Just contact us (through this website or via email or phone) and give us basic information on what you want. We’ll take it from there. For specific steps on how to order, click here.
Liability
All prices displayed on the Steelys Drinkware website are cited in U.S. dollars. Pricing covers costs for items with one color imprint in one location — or for blank (non-imprinted) goods. Steelys Drinkware will add listed screen set up charges, and if applicable, additional color run charges. We will also add shipping and handling fees and, if applicable, sales tax. We reserve the right to discontinue or change specifications and prices on the merchandise and services offered without prior notice and without incurring any obligation to the customer. Products displayed on this website are available while supplies last. We may occasionally temporarily run out of stock on popular products or product colors. These items would then be unavailable until we are able to manufacture more stock, usually a few weeks. If this is the case, we will advise you of the situation and the estimated availability time. We can also provide other product options you might want to consider, that could be delivered on a more timely basis. Steelys Drinkware maintains the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove/edit content.
Steelys Drinkware shall not be liable for any act beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts or negligence of third parties, equipment failure, unavailability of supplies or stock, strikes, lock-outs, war, fire, flood, or any other Act of God, any law, regulation, or other act or order of any court or governmental agency, or delays, unavailability, errors, or other failures of the Internet or other data networks.

We may disclose your personal information under limited circumstances if we conclude that we are required by law or have a good faith belief that access, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Steelys® Drinkware, its customers or the public.
- When you set up an account, register, place an order, or provide your personal information to us for any other business purpose, we may collect your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information. We may also request additional information. We use this information to process your requests and to communicate with you about your orders. From time to time, we may use your name and contact information to notify you of changes to the website, new releases, special offers and events we think you’ll find valuable. There is clear information contained in all emails about how to remove your email address from these mailings.

If you use this website and set up an online account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Product & Imprint Color & Appearance
Most Steelys Drinkware products are available in unpainted brushed stainless steel (silver color). Some products are also available in a variety of painted base colors, as detailed in the product pages of this Web Site. We have made every effort to display products and colors that appear on the Steelys website as accurately as possible. However, the product delivered may deviate slightly from the image viewed on the website due to, but not limited to, the following factors: varying color calibrations of different computer monitors (the system capabilities of your computer monitor to display images and colors may not calibrate exactly to the capability of our monitors); or manufacturing processes and reasonable manufacturing variations. For our screen printed product (ink printed on steel) we can usually provide a close Pantone Matching System® color equivalent to more closely identify product color, or imprint color. If product color is a concern, we urge our customers to request samples of the products they are considering to ensure that the color and quality meet their requirements and expectations. We offer other types of imprinting, including laser engraving (graphics laser “burned” onto product). Laser engrave process is a more subtle, tone-on-tone imprint appearance. Graphics do not print as a color, but are laser marked permanently onto the steel drinkware piece. We provide digital virtual mock ups and proofs of what your graphics will look like when printed on product, however the imprint delivered on finished goods may deviate slightly from virtual proofs provided, based on factors outlined above. Further, please note that laser engrave imprints delivered can vary slightly in tone and color, and while we do our best to approximate how it will look when finished, it can be difficult to show exactly in proofs. We will review finished laser engraved projects to make sure they are scaled and sized correctly, placed in proper location, and that the graphics printed are clear and legible.
Artwork
Steelys Drinkware inspects all art submitted to ensure that it will reproduce well on the drinkware item(s) you selected. In the event that the art is not usable to produce a quality imprint on our products, we will contact you with options. Tolerance on multi-color tight registration artwork is 1/16”. This tolerance is industry standard and must be considered acceptable. Please see more detail in the artwork specifications & requirements section of the FAQ. If necessary, we are able to assist you in improving your artwork so that it is usable, or in creating new artwork. We utilize the most widely accepted industry standard graphic programs, primarily Adobe Creative Suite®. In most cases if the art you provide us is usable, our art preparation work is done at no charge except for standard screen set ups. If your job requires more significant image corrections, or professional design and production time is needed, then some art charges may apply. We will advise you of these charges in advance, once we understand the scope of work involved. We usually can provide a digital proof of your imprint within 2-3 working days of usable art submitted to us. Actual production time will begin after approval of this art proof. Please contact us first if rush service is required.
Minimums
Steelys Drinkware is a business-to-business wholesale and promotional supplier that sells goods in case quantities. We are not an online retailer, and we do not sell individual cups and bottles to consumers. Each product has a minimum order requirement (usually starting at 48 pieces), and minimum requirements vary by product. Minimum quantities, as well as discounts for larger quantities, are listed in the product pricing tables throughout the product pages of this website. In addition to minimum product order requirements, an overall minimum amount of $300 is required for any single transaction. Sample orders can be less than $300, and will be billed to your credit card, as detailed below. Our minimum order policy allows us to cover our operational costs and keep our prices as low as possible.
Overrun/Underrun for Printed Drinkware
Steelys Drinkware makes every attempt to ship exact quantities. Due to our post-production quality control efforts and imprint fine tuning required for custom production, in rare cases there is the potential for up to 10% over/under runs. However, we will only invoice you for the actual quantity shipped. If an invoice has been prepaid and we’ve under-delivered or over-delivered, we will adjust the amount and either refund the difference or bill you for the difference, whichever applies.
Warranty, Return & Cancellation Policy
Steelys Drinkware is committed to providing you with great customer service, the finest imprinting, and top quality stainless steel cups, bottles and accessories. Despite our quality control efforts, on rare occasions defective or broken merchandise can slip through. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please call or email us immediately. Our staff will do what it takes to maintain your satisfaction. Steelys Drinkware warrants its products for satisfactory workmanship and material on delivery of goods. Examples of defects from manufacturing include damaged or flawed goods, right out of the box, featuring a defect including pinhole leaks, bad welds, or flaking paint. Minimal paint imperfections, normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, are not covered under warranty. Defective merchandise pieces will be replaced, but as a wholesale supplier our liability is limited to the invoice cost of the item and claims must be made and confirmed within 30 days of delivery with evidence to support your claim approved by our team. Our staff will need to inspect the damage to review the defect after you contact us. Usually you can just email us a few photos to verify the problem. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please understand that all printed products are customized based on your specifications and on your proof approvals. Once they are approved and manufactured or imprinted, the goods are not subject to cancellation or reduction, unless there is a defect in the product.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Prices listed do not include shipping & handling charges. All merchandise is shipped FOB from our factory or printing facility of origin. We use several manufacturing and printing facilities throughout California, as well as other regional domestic facilities. We do our best to use the closest available shipping location to the final delivery address. We can drop ship your order to more than one location. Additional freight or handling charges may apply, so please call for details. We prepay shipping costs and add it to your invoice. Merchandise is shipped either via UPS, Fedex or truck depending on weight, date needed and delivery location. For larger quantity orders, we may be able to negotiate freight savings by palletizing the shipment and using direct truck service to save you more money. We will make such arrangements with you in advance.
Sale Pricing & Promotional Offers
From time to time, Steelys Drinkware may offer discounted products, sale prices, close-outs, and other promotions. Special discount offers, including on sale products, may not be combined with any other offers. Promotional offers may not be combined with other sales, offers, custom quotations, direct manufactured and imported items or product requests beyond listed quantities, and are not valid on past purchases. Indemnity
When orders are manufactured to customer´s specifications, the customer shall hold Steelys Drinkware and its affiliates harmless from any liability for trademark, patent or copyright infringements, proprietary rights violations, invasion of privacy or other personal or intellectual property rights infringements or violations. All materials submitted by the customer for use by the factory to produce items ordered will be considered by the factory to be in full compliance with all applicable laws in regards to trademark, service mark, copyright, patent, or similar protection, and the customer has all of the legal rights and authorizations to grant factory a limited license for the express purpose of reproducing such materials on the products. It is the customer´s responsibility to provide appropriate legal lines to Steelys Drinkware for inclusion in the art.
Sample Policy
By sampling our products, you can test them out and eliminate any questions or concerns about quality, color and size. To help customers in evaluating our products, our policy is to provide samples at cost plus shipping and applicable tax, and we will credit customers for any sample charges if they lead to a formal order within 30 days. If you provide us with a credit card we will ship the item(s) to you immediately and charge your card. Our sample policy allows customers to “try before they buy”, while enabling us to keep prices low and avoid expenses that drive up operational costs. Please note that sampling may extend the delivery schedule, by adding additional time necessary to ship you samples before you confirm your order.
Credit Policy
For existing customers who have established credit with Steelys Drinkware:
Your invoices will be sent when goods are being shipped. In the case of larger custom orders for existing customers, a portion of the order may need to be prepaid to proceed. Upon receipt of the invoice Steelys Drinkware’s financial terms are net of invoice at 10 days, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Our prices are based on receiving payment within these terms. Your assistance in maintaining a current balance will be greatly appreciated so that Steelys Drinkware may continue to offer the best value to our customers.
For New Customers completing their first order with Steelys Drinkware:
As a new customer of Steelys Drinkware, we would be glad to try to establish your business account credit after the initial order, and we can provide you with our credit application. Otherwise, we require advance payments using one of the following methods:
Credit Card — VISA, MasterCard, American Express
Prepayment check, certified check, or wire transfers
Your advanced payment (options above) will permit prompt shipping of your order. Payment will need to include freight charges and sales tax, if applicable.
To facilitate establishing a credit line for your company, please request a copy of our credit application be emailed to you (.pdf format). After your first order, and if your credit application is approved, you may then order merchandise and be billed when your products ship. Credit applications typically take approximately 10-15 business days for approval, depending on our workload.
Steelys Drinkware reserves the right to request prepayment of orders. The customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including any attorney fees if applicable.
