It’s easy to get your Steelys® order started online, on the phone, or via email:
Browse this site and locate the Steelys® product you want by reviewing our Products Section or using our Search feature.
Once you find an item you like, or wish to learn more about, select the orange BUY NOW button in upper right of the product page — or simply contact us direct at 415-558-8839 or info@steelysdrinkware.com.
Complete the PRODUCT REQUEST FORM that pops up. You can simply fill out your name and email address — or provide more details like your organization’s name and phone number, quantity needed, product color and imprint details, desired in hands date, etc.
We will follow up with you via email or phone to review the request or order, make arrangements to receive and review your artwork, and confirm costs. We will provide total price estimate and schedule.
We will pre-bill the order, or begin your order on credit terms, depending on your history and account arrangements with us.
We will resolve any issues with art, as needed, and email you virtual samples of your imprint on product, within 2-3 days of submitted artwork. Your order begins production when it has been prepaid or approved for credit, and you’ve approved the virtual imprinted product samples.
Once goods are finished, we will ship them to your final destination, and keep you apprised of delivery details via email.
