- List pricing includes international air freight and duties direct to your door, anywhere in the continental USA. Additional sales tax applies only to orders delivering to California.
- Most USA orders are delivered within 20 business days of approved print proof.
- We can deliver factory-direct orders to most locations outside of USA. International (non-USA) orders may incur additional duties charge, and delivery times, depending on order details and delivery destination.
- We also offer quick ship, non-printed straws, or straws pre-printed with an eco message, such as “GO PLASTIC FREE!” Maximum 500 pieces per customer. Typically ship out within 48 hours via USPS priority mail.
- Quick-ship straws are subject to stock availability, and cost varies from factory direct custom straws, as noted in pricing schedule.
- We strive to ship product as sustainably as possible. Our straws are packaged efficiently in smallest possible recyclable shipper box, made with post consumer recycled stock. Rather than individually wrapping each straw in plastic sleeve, like other manufacturers, we package in sets of 100 pieces per clear poly bag to cut waste.

Imprint Recommendation:
Due to small curved product diameter, which limits imprint height, text-only graphics are recommended. Up to 30 bold upper case letters provide best legibility.

Steelys reusable straws are fully dishwasher safe, but they can also be hand washed. Please check out our recommendations on how to clean your reusable straws for practical care instructions. We offer straw cleaner brushes sold separately in bulk. Wash after each use to prolong life and to maintain clean, neutral taste. Safe, clean and non-toxic. Steelys stainless steel straws are fully tested for lead, BPA, phthalates, and are FDA and California Pro 65 compliant. This piece will last for years, is a great way to cut needless plastic straw waste, and is 100% recyclable at the end of its useful life. This product is made responsibly at our vetted factory in China.
